Yes. All fire extinguishers require an annual inspection required by the local jurisdiction. Don't wait until the fire department comes and writes you an infraction for not having them inspected and tagged.

This depends. There are different types of extinguishers which have different service date requirements. ABC extinguishers need a service every 6 years after the date of manufacture. Wet chemical extinguishers require service after 5 years. Call us and we can help you know when and what service is required.

Not always. Unless there is something we can identify as having failed or is now no longer functioning on the fire alarm panel, there is a good chance it could just need a repair. New fire alarm panels can be expensive, so it is best to get several opinions as well as quotes for your peace of mind.
